1. Look at the Far Hunter before you depart to the Rim.
2. Look at him again once you arrive, to reiterate what he wants.

3. Find the storm wyrm Oeheliu and eliminate it. It hunts beyond the Fog through several mazes.
4. Return with proof.
5. Go to the same place that accepts all other dragon scale/skull pieces.

6. Receive Heroic Dragonscale Slippers
As all Rim involvements, this one is tough to solo. Be VERY careful, have insured gear and the morgue enabled.
