- enter hole
- 2d, 2s, e, d
- kill ruler
- get sceptre corpse
- c tele athartis
- n, 2e, s, e
- enter mound
- give sceptre uragaie
- receive moonstone
- receive insignia 'Sept Tlan'Kle'Sha Ally'
