This area is great experience for anyone as low as 17 to as high as 42. On the top level, screaming souls (non-aggie) are scattered around, until you go down onto the main area. The Guardians of Hell are big, as is The Living Wall and the Bowl of Blood (both are aggressive). The burning fools are fairly high level, too, as is the High Priest. He can be found in the eastern part of the map, along with various law-related mobs (court clerk, barrister from hell, jurymen, etc.). Elsewhere there are the blacksmith, carpenter, guards dogs (all found near Homer), and miscellaneous other mobs that provide similar experience to the ones near Zin. Since this area is almost never run, it yields very good experience (sometimes as much as 700 per mob). The only area with comparable XP is Mervue, given its lawful character. |

The first adventurer that returned from this place babbled incoherently for weeks about ghosts, demons, devils, and pies that bite back? Only the skilled healing of Aelmon could eventually restore the man's sanity long enough for him to speak of a well-hidden entrance in the depths of Wildwood. No more could be learned, unfortunately, as the brave adventurer died screaming after being offered a chicken pie.

Adventuring
This area is similar to the Underdark area that was removed 9 or 10 years ago, and was very popular for having mobs ranging from level 4 to 65 or so, in addition to interesting gear and room descriptions. This area is no different, other than the fact that the smallest mobs are in the 20s and go as large as level 70 or so. This area used to be accessible through the farmer's house in Crystalmir Lake; apparently, that exit is now sealed but there exists another one in Wildwood at the intersection between the house of beasts & crescent bog (down, door name is 'pentagram').
