Characters may save with objects up to 7 levels above their level.
Characters may wield weapons up to 5 levels above their level.
Characters may wear armor and lights up to 3 levels above their level.
When a mob respawns with objects, they will each be one less than its level, equal to its level, or one more than its level.
A piece of armor's level determines its base armor class.
