What is UberCon?

UberCon is a bi-annual gaming convention which offers a variety of tournaments and events in addition to computer, console, tabletop, role-playing, miniature, and collectable card games. The convention's general manager, Kevin Jagh, describes UberCon's overall goal as supplying a friendly, comfortable, and organized venue for customers to play non-competitively with friends as well as strangers.

Now in its 13th gathering, UberCon is one of the fastest growing gaming conventions in the country. With the successful launch of UberCon Great Lakes in Spring of 2007, UberCon is spreading across the country and is quickly becoming the place to be!

UberCon Contest

The UberCon Contest is a regular feature in-game for those players who can't make it to New Jersey for the UberCon. Each contest is slightly different, but involves the purchase of an in-game character, usually a remort class or race, and a leveling competition. Typical prizes involve decaying insignia, but players get to keep their remort character. This is a great way for players to purchase a Sorcerer, Berserker, Demonseed or other character they couldn't otherwise create due to a lack of time.
