here's Draxi's notes from his explorations to this plane:
 
 
I lead 3 runs at fire plane, here is what we found:
 
Tame 2 mob shift, about as hard as astral shift
 
Proper exp/mobsize rivials that of water, A little bigger perhaps
 
Wandering through the burnt lands will bring you to Fire elemental area when
 
you can take an up room, further wandering will bring you to eye of the storm
 
Making your way through maze to summit lies the inferno dragon, skinned for
 
Breath of the Dragon, type-ticket
 
Tracking iconoclaster from shift brings you to 2 locked rooms
 
The keys lie north and south path of the locked rooms on catalyst
 
and forger, respectively. Neither mob is too big, though there is
 
some nospell. Iconocolaster holds a new 1st tier arc boot
 
6 hr 40 hp 40 mana -2 wis. Also near shift is malaruko and valaruko
 
2 biggish demon type mobs that hold heart of heat and light of limit
 
Both are tickets which we havent been able to figure out
 
Showing up on where was an elusive Phoenix at the burning throne
 
We've also yet to find a way there, since it's not trackable
 
The subareas we found were: proper, forge area, and blazing inferno
 
 
So, the riddle of fire realm is solved:)
 
Breath of fire from inferno summit @ fire dragon
 
Light of Limit from Malaruko, who wanders (and is trackable)
 
Heart of Heat from Valaruko, who wanders (and is trackable)
 
Give the Breath to Priest (track him) and opens a portal to Phoenix
 
Kill Phoenix for a 3/6 light, Skin corpse for a 200 mana boot
 
Guarding the Priest are 3 mobs, One has a 8 hr -8 Dr Pelt
 
For body slot, 1st tier Arc Body
 
  
Also noteable in firerealm may be:
 
-10 ac -40 saves good/evil held from virgil at shift, and the demon twins
 
Easily Enchantable, possible to make a b27 -10 ac -40 saves (-10 enchant) held
 
Lavarock blackjack, and a flame dagger 20/20. Plus flame ring (like water one)
