DUAL enables a person to use two weapons more effectively. As the "offhand" is naturally weaker, the secondary weapon must be lighter in weight than the primary. While the offhand weapon will only do one extra attack per melee round, it is still one more than you'd normally have without the skill. Some say that warriors, rogues and assassins with sufficient poise and balance can go beyond what is possible with dual alone and instead can master using two weapons of similar weight at the same time.

Prerequisite(s): Parry.
